United States Territories
Payment: Orders placed from a U.S. territory or a Department of Defense Education Activity, must be prepaid by check, wire transfer or credit card (Visa, MasterCard or American Express). A wire transfer fee will be applied.
Shipping: Booksource will include free shipping to freight forwarders, domestic facilities or consolidators in the contiguous United States. For shipping to Alaska and Hawaii, appropriate shipping will be charged. Shipping to U.S. territories would require a freight forwarder. If you do not have a forwarder, please contact [email protected] to discuss. We do not ship to FPO AP addresses.
Payment: Orders from Canada may be placed with a signed purchase order, check, wire transfer or credit card (Visa, MasterCard, or American Express). A wire transfer fee will be applied.
Shipping: Direct shipping is available to Canada. Appropriate shipping, taxes and duties will be charged. These charges will be provided with a price quote prior to the order being placed. For more information, please contact [email protected].
